Q. Do you accept checks?
Yes. Enter your order online and select Check or Money Order as your method of payment from the drop-down menu during checkout. Print a copy of your order confirmation and follow the instructions for mailing your payment. Please note that all orders paid with checks are held for 10 business days before the order is processed/authorized for shipment. All funds must be in U.S. dollars and through U.S. banks.

Q. What are the shipping and handling costs?
Shipping an costs are calculated during checkout. Based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination you will be given several standard and (when available) expedited delivery options to choose from.
Q. When will my order ship?
Credit card orders are usually shipped within one business day of receipt of your order. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time will be considered received on the next business day. If your order includes a back-ordered product you will be notified by e-mail with an estimated ship date for your order. In order to allow time for checks to clear, all orders paid by check are held for 10 business days before the order is processed/authorized for shipment.
Q. How will I know my order shipped?
We will confirm shipment of your order by e-mail. Your confirmation will include a tracking number and the carriers URL if the shipping method you chose is trackable.

Q. What do I do if I receive the wrong product or the product is defective or damaged?
